Rutile Edge Slotted 110 wafer (110) surface, edges also oriented

5 mm  x 10 mm x 1.5mm (110) Rutile wafer;  EPI polished two sides, edges on three sides are slotted for Platinum tie wire or for sliding into holding fixture.  One corner is also slotted inward to allow for knotting of wire within footprint of wafer.  

1/2 mm hole is drilled 2 mm depth into edge for thermocouple or sensor insertion.

Edges are oriented to (001) and (-110) directions
