Rutile Edge Slotted 110 wafer (110) surface, edges also oriented

5 mm  x 10 mm x 1.5mm (110) Rutile wafer;  EPI polished two sides, edges on three sides are slotted for Platinum tie wire or for sliding into holding fixture. 

1/2 mm hole is drilled 2 mm depth into edge for thermocouple or sensor insertion.

Edges are oriented to (001) and (-110) directions
