Rutile Edge Slotted 110 wafer
(110) surface, edges also oriented
10 x 10 x 1.5mm (110) Rutile wafer;
EPI polished two sides, edges are slotted for Platinum tie wire or thermocouple,
or for sliding into holding fixture.
One corner is also slotted inward to allow for knotting of wire within footprint of
wafer;
Edges are also oriented to (001) and (-110) directions
